Our company, PlnX Inc., has been promoting Japanese traditional crafts—centered around Maneki-neko—to international markets.
Following our participation in a pitch event hosted by the Taiwanese government in Hamamatsucho, Tokyo, last November, we received an official invitation from representatives of the Taiwanese government to attend Meet Taipei 2025.
We received strong support from many visitors, including people from Taiwan as well as international attendees who participated in the exhibition. Through this experience, we clearly felt the potential for market growth within Taiwan.
While Japanese traditional crafts represent an important cultural heritage, the industry itself continues to face decline. Through our efforts, we hope to introduce and promote these traditional crafts to overseas markets, contributing to their revitalization on a global scale.
